How to reduce stressed at work

Stressful at work is a problem. It will not fly away like the birds. It will stay in your head until you try to root it out. So, you need to figure out the solution as soon as possible to be productive employee.

There might be so many reason to happen stressful causes because

  • You are a fresh graduated student who enters into a work place or
  • A new employee who has still lower skills for your new company or
  • Someone who always has jealous on you or
  • Your supervisor doesn't like you or
  • Your coworker looks for only you weakness to make you shamed in front of all   

But there isn't big stress or tiny stress, stress is stress. It can make you awake at night and make you scare of it.

So, you can choose from these "Will you respond by negative way or Will you react with positive way?".

Let's say You throw fire to those people and they also throw you back fire. The fire will swallow both of you. So, someone should bring water to cold down the fire. That should be you. The one who brings water is the most peaceful person in the world.

So, You may start with creative thinking like these following plans :

  • Start changing yourself
  • Drink juice
  • Leave your personal problems at home
  • Decorate your work desk
  • Pour out your feeling to someone
     
Start changing yourself
Stop finding faults at people. Wearing fashionable clothes are good but do not forget to wear "love, joy, hope" wherever you go.

Drink juice
You should include juice in your breakfast menu because it can give you fresh mind for the whole day so that you can give smile to others. You will surely get the benefits from it.   
 
Leave your personal problems at home 
Whether you are in a higher rank of your company or organization, you may have been facing different issues from friends, relatives, family and environment ect.. Leave those problems at your home as you leave from home and head to work. Your coworkers and supervisors need your full of concentration to accomplish your daily tasks, beside your innovative, artistic are necessary to support your company. 

Decorate your work desk
Make your view cleaned so that your mind will be peaceful. When things are messed up with materials in front of your computer, you will definitely feel annoyed already without starting anything yet. 

Buy small vasts to plant trees or flowers, then place them on your own space.  Try to put some more encouragement words or hang them on the wall.

Note: Before you plant them, you need to know either it will give oxygen or absorb oxygen. So, not to forget to choose the plants.

Pour out your feeling to someone
Someone can be from your family. If not, find someone whom you can trust and reveal every detail. Take time with him or her. Measure with the time that you were alone to struggle all the problems alone and the time with real friend. Let me remind you again "Two is better than One".
